Dear All,

Please let me know the rate of TDS for database access provided by the recruitment agency ( like Naukri,Moster and timesjobs.com).

Does its comes under 194 C or 194J.

" I think this must be 194J as it is sharing of information which is covered in the definition of Roayalty as explained in explanation 2 to clause(vi) of sub-section(1) of section9	"
