Hi All,
One of my client asking for TDS Certificate (Form 16A) for Amount Deducted in January now itself. Normaly we file TDS at the end of the Quater.
Can we file TDS now itself ? for single challan ?
please enlight me in this regard.

Time-Limit for Issue of TDS Certificate Form 16A
Form 16A should be issued within 15 days from the due date for furnishing the statement of tax deducted at source.

| 3rd Quarter | 1st October to 31st December | 31st Jan, 2018 | 15th Feb, 2018 |
| 4th Quarter | 1st January to 31st March | 31st May, 2018 | 15th June, 2018 |
For 4th quarter.......... TDS return cannot be filed before 1st April, 2018 !!! And form 16A cannot be downloaded without filing TDS Return........
