Tds filing of educational institution.

Govt zph school had not filed tds returns from 2010-11 onwards... but deducted tds from employee salaries and paid to treasury dept and got the bin no.s... now my que is how much penalty dat school should pay under which section... and how many returns they should file...

tds returns for all quarters beginning from FY 10-11. if tds has been deposited within due date then no penalty for period upto 1st qtr of FY 12-13. thereafter late filing fee of 200per day will be applicable for tds return filed.

Thank you soo much... But small clarification needed.. Is thr any notification lyk upto 2013 penalty(200/- per day) is waived off and from 2013-14 onwards should compulsary liable for penalty...??? Please clarify me dis doubt..
