TDS ERROR FILE

While Validating TDS returns Error found and it is T-FV-1000 Invalid File Header (FH) Record Length.

How to rectify the error by providing correct File Name as tried in many ways but same error reason has received.

Change the file extension from .HTML to .txt

I have tried in same way but not able to validate the file. Can you suggest that what should be a file name.
