1. Closing of tds demand by department through tagging of tds challan.
2. Closing of tds demand by department through online correction

Meaning of first one is that the demand raised by the department can be closed by tagging the challan through which demand amount will be paid. And meaning of second one is closing of demand by making corrections in the return in which demand has been raised by the department.
THAT MEANS, FIRST WE WILL TAG THAT CHALLAN AND THAN SUBMIT CORRECTION REQUEST FOR THAT PARTICULAT RETURN??
