Inorder to request for justification report and Consolidated FUV file for a branch of bank for the period from 2009-10-2012-13, the required details such as Provisional receipts , TDS challan details and deduction details , are not traceable .How can I get the justification report and FUV file from TRACES

Just type OLTAS on google and go to TAN based view and type your TAN No. and track the challans from there

However Challan details not sufficient for requesting justification report. We required to furnish the provisional receipt number/ date and deduction details already uploaded by outside agency.Please note that the agency which was uploaded the original TDS returns was terminated from thier service and We were entrusted with the work.Please advice how to get these details or FUV files
