Hi, I have been working with an Indian LLP company as an online advertiser! From the monthly earnings they used to deduct 2% when I asked them the representative said that's for TDS. Now upon a year's completion when I am asking for the TDS documents they are unable to provide and they just keep asking for more time.
I have checked with IT TRACES program none of their deductions seems to be visible in it.
How do I solve this matter?
