Tds deductions
hi, i have taken a home loan and the loan ac and property on me & my spouse. now the problem is the deduction of tds while making payments to the developer. on which PAN i need to be deduct the tds

If property is in joint name then Both of you have to deducy TDS on Bifurcated sale consideration & have to file 26QB.
