TDS deduction while making payment through links

Now a days most of the company makes payment online through links like payment to GODADDY, Amazon etc for some marketing promotion etc in which TDS is applicable but while making the payment through links there is no option available for TDS deduction and if we fill amount less after deducting the TDS than it don't accept the payment.. please advise how it is to be done
