Tds deduction in case of payment to it department

WE AREPAYING RENT TO INCOME TAX DEPTT ON BEHALF OF OUR LANDLORD BECAUSE OF OUR LANLORD DEAFULTED TO PAY INCOME TAX, HIS PRORETY FOE WHICH WE HAVE TO PAY RENT IS ALSO ATTACHED WITH IT DEPTT, KINDLY GUIDE US WHEATHER WE CAN DEDUCT TDS IF PAYMENT IS MADE TO GOVT ON BEHALF OF LANDLORD DUES CLEARENCE

If the payment is made directly to IT department, as per their instruction, or any court order, TDS need not be deducted.
