Whether for transfer from Indian account to Foreign Account which relate to remittance of funds which is not a Income requires deduction at source

If it is merely a transfer of fund like HO sends money to branch then it will not liable fo TDS as no work is done. It is just like you are withdrawing money from ATM of yourself. Thanks VIjay
mere transfer of money from one a/c to another a/c is not liable for tds

Thanks for the reply as all of them who gave clarification
no it does not attract TDS under Section 195 as no payment is been made to a NR and no services are been provided by him in India
