A supplier supplied water tanker to factory for 5 days and the bill amount around 35000.. i want to know... whether he is eligible for TDS deduction....

Hi Vijay .. Supply of water is a contarct & fall under section 194 C. So TDS as per provisions of 194 C is applicable.
