Can a director of a Pvt. Ltd. Company earn consultancy fee from the company with remunaration? if yes, then what is the procedure?

as per your reply i want to state that the company is Pvt. Ltd Co.
Authorised Capital (25000 Sh. @ Rs. 100 each = 2500000
Paid Up Capita (1148 Sh. @ Rs. 100 Each) = 1,14,800 as
Managing director (748 sh. @ Rs. 100 each) = 74,800
Director (400 sh. @ Rs. 100 Each ) = 40,000
