How can I claim the TDS deducted by our buyer of goods under section 194Q?
and what document should I get from the buyer that he paid tds and filed the return??

The deductor has to provide TDS certificate to the deductee, within 15 days of filing corresponding TDS return.
You can claim the TDS deducted, against your tax liability, during filing of your ITR.
