TDS Deducted on wrong Head

sir How to correct these problems:-

1- TDS deducted by accountant in wrong Head like 94J instead of 94C & quarterly return also submitted. 

2- TDS deducted by accountant by lesser % like 1% instead of 2% & quarterly return also submitted.
