tds deducted on transportation
if transporter have less than 10 truck in a year but overall payment for complete year is more than rs.100000 then should we deduct tds or not??

no need to deduct TDS
r u sure because in market 1% tax deduction practice is going on

you need to deduct TDS @ 1 % u/s 194C
