I m govt constructor.Against my payment TDS deducted but not show in my 26as.Now how to slove the problem.

Please check TDS deducted from you deposited with GOVT account or not and filed TDS return .

Tds deducted and also deposited but they can not file their tds return.Now how to legally I force them to file tds return

Write a letter to Highest Authority ( chief Accountant) .keep copy with you . follow up .
