Tds claimed for f. y. 2008-09, 2009-10 but not shown on 26as

Hi,

I have filled ITR for F. Y. 2008-09, 2009-10 that time TDS certificate was manual. I received TDS certificate from Government Office . and now I have received Income Tax notice for wrongly TDS shown. The TDS certificate amount not shown in 26-AS. How i can check ? Government office is unable to provide record that time. Please help me
