i.) Tax paid in time (i.e., upto 31.05.09, with in two months from the end of the relevant financial year) and
ii) Tax paid in late (i.e., on 12.06.2009 with interest)
Generally where tax has been deposited within two months from the end of the F. Y. the due date for issue of certificate is 07th June, 2009
