Tds certificate on change of employer name !!

HI,

The A company is merged with B as per Govt order passed in Apr-14 with merger effect from 01.04.2012, all the employees of A were shifted from old company to new company name in Oct13. In this case want to know the TDS certificate for FY 13-14 is to be issued on new name ( which is B) or it will be both with old and new name with resp period.
