Quick Summary
If your employer is refusing to issue a TDS certificate, it's important to understand your rights. You can download your Form 26AS from the e-filing portal to verify your tax details. If the TDS amount is reflected there, you can generally file your Income Tax Return (ITR) using this information, even without a physical TDS certificate. However, if your employer hasn't filed the TDS return, you may need to take further action.

Download Form 26AS from e-filing portal.Your employer should give you FORM 16 . With these two you can e-file returns!
Thanks for your reply.. But they are trying to cheat me.. they haven't field TDS return yet.. if My Tax details is reflecting in 26AS means why should I need a TDS certificate I could able to file my ITR based on that...
Have you verified by download 26AS ?
If you are in contract based, your contractor have to issue Form16, not your company I think
