TDS Certificate
Hi,
I have received my TDS Certificate about Rs.11,000/- during the AY2009-2010, which is pertaining to the AY2008-2009.
Can I Claim the Tax Deduction from the Certificate during AY2009-2010?
Please advice me,

Whichever assessment year the form 16/form 16A states, that year only you can claim. If you didnt claim TDS for Ayr 08-09, but subsequently you have got TDS certrificate, then file a revised return by claiming additional TDS cetrificate.
NO YOU CANT CLAIM IT IN AY 2009-10.
FILE A REVISED RETURN FOR AY 2008-09 BEFORE 31ST MARCH 2010 AND CLAIM THAT TDS IN THE REVISED RETURN.
