pls tell me when tds certificate is needed to be issued,is it within 30 days of deduction or at the year end? when?

Dear Abhishek,
TDS Certificate of other than salary is to be issue [1] within 30 days from the date of deduction OR [2] within 10 days from date of tds deposited to the bank OR [3] on the date of etds return submitted.

Dear Abhishek,
Pls go through the TDS sections in then u can find due dates for TDS certificates. Becoz for each activity one due date is having. So it's better refer the TDS sections.
