TDS Certificate of other than salary is to be issue [1] within 30 days from the date of deduction OR [2] within 10 days from date of tds deposited to the bank OR [3] on the date of etds return submitted.

Dear Abhishek,
Pls go through the TDS sections in then u can find due dates for TDS certificates. Becoz for each activity one due date is having. So it's better refer the TDS sections.
