TDS Certificate

Only deductor/s are allowed to downloan TDS certicicate (form 16/16A) from site TRACES. The deductee can get the downloaded certificater from the deductor.

Request please discuss on Form 16 Part A & Part B....

I want to know how to get Form 16 for FY 15-16, I am accountant at Architecture firm, employees are asking for Form 16 Part B as I got only Part A in my PC, I joined in Sept 2016, & wish to know how to get this done, I am trying from TRACES but it is forcing me to select Qtr but I need Part B for full year FY 15-16.

Only Part A can be dowloaded from TRACES. Part B is to be generated by employer. Various utilities available online. Try one as: /share_files/part-b-of-form-16-a-y-2015-16-66769.asp

PART B U CAN CREATE YOUR OWN IN EXCEL.a FORMAT HAS BEEN ATTACHED. YOU CAN MAKE CUSTOMERISE OF YOUR OWN LOGIC. ITS BETTER TO CONVERT IN TO PDF.
