can one claim tds deducted for period 2009-2010 during return filling of 2010-2011 if one has received tds certificate after return filling of 2009-2010.
also the information related to tds and the income on which the tds has been deducted for period 2009-10 has not been included by the deductee in the P& L of 2009-10.
According to me.....TDS can be deducted only as per the period mentioned on the Certificate...and hence he cannot get the deduction of 2009-2010 in 2010-2011
