A software developerr company hands over its software to another company/firm/individual for installation of its software at some other places. The installer company/firm/individual sends bills charging service tax to developer company. The TDS to be deducted by the developer company shall be as Contractor or Professional category. No after sale/installation service is to be provided by the installer company/firm/individual
