TDS applicability on monthly internet charges
whether TDS applicable on payment of monthly internet charges to Tata Indicom?

Tds u/s 194C is not applicable on internet or telephone charges...because it is a service affecting public at large..you can refer the following case law also for the same Skycell Communications Ltd. v. Deputy CIT[2001] 251 ITR 53 (Mad.)
