Hi friends , i faces a problem regarding the Tds liability for payee company.
there r common exps incurred by more than two company Joint;y. and all the payment have been paid after deduting tds where so ever applicable by 1st company including share of 2nd company. after that 1 st company issue Debit note to 2 nd company for his share. now the question is that whether tds shold deduct by 2nd company while making payment to 1st company.
