is TDs applicable on payment made to travels agent /tour operator.

yes tds is applicable
but if he furnish bill of hotel booking only ,
and his earning only service charge on that bill
then TDs applicable on whole amt.
TDS shall be deducted on total amount that is we paid to them
No i think exclude service tax amount. Tds will deduct on total service amount
