I just want to know ,i am subbroker and i got brokerage/commision every month from broker and my annual commision is around ony 1 lakh so ,so could you tell me is i am under tds exemption limit and ITR ?

Your income is below the taxable limit but it would be advised to file itr 2 with your income .

If tds has beeen deducted then u can claim it in ITR.
