Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common issue where Form 26AS shows zero TDS deducted, despite the employer's Form 16 indicating a significant tax deduction. It advises taxpayers to proceed with filing their Income Tax Return (ITR) using the manual Form 16 details. The guidance suggests paying the tax as per the Form 16 calculation and potentially paying self-assessment tax to avoid interest on advance tax non-deposit, while awaiting TDS correction.

Collect form 16...

or

Pay tax as per your calculation...

is employer paying , check in AIS type of transaction, pay self assessment tax  on your calculation , if 26ASnot showing TDS means no deduction , you may have to pay interest on non deposit of advance tax , you can see in ITR calculation, E-Pay tax and file return.

Employer provide form 16 in manual
in form 16 there is tax deduction of rs 321875

Yes, Most of the Govt office can't deduct TDS through form-16. So, You can file with that Manual form-16 and pay tax accordingly.
