govt employees having salaries and he has taken Land loan in Pvt bank from this can we show the interest Certificate and can we refund tds amount in IT filing

Land purchasing loan interest can't be deductible u/s 24(b) of IT act...

Only can be avail Housing Loan interest...

From showing of Interest we can take some amount tds refund know Sir

If any other options then You can get refund for filling with ITR...

But, Above said interest can't be deductible in Your ITR filing.
