TDS against advance
I would like to know is there any TDS for advances paid to the employees against salary

In my opinion the answer is no....but wait for some expert comment
As per my opinion tds should be deducted on amount due or paid which ever is earlier
As per Section 192, TDS is deducted at the time of actual payment of salary and not during the accrual of salary.
Hence, TDS to be deducted at the time of payment of advance salary.
