TDS ADJUSTMENT WITH GST
Dear sir,. In case TDS which has been deducted by LOCAL AUTHORITIES, Is there any provision in job work category to adjust their TDS during the GST return with CGST / SGST / IGST

TDS deducted u/s.194C of Income tax act, cannot be adjusted with any of the GST tax liability.
tds is direct tax and gst is indirect
