My 26 AS shows the TDS but I know it has been wrongly credited to my a/c
Now what to dowith the same
should i calim refund ?

No dont do it .
If the person will rectify his TDS return it will get corrected and you will be in trouble as when you claim TDS you also have to show that income in you income tax return.

Do not claim that income and TDS in your income tax return.
