Hello, we have arrangement with manufacturer of printers. They supply printers free of cost but they charge only on number of pages printed on monthly basis. their bill includes GST. wheather our company should reduce TDS on this monthly payment
Looks like a leasing arrangment. If yes tds will have to be deducted. Please mention for how many months this arrangment prevails? Whether printer is given back after some time ? Who ll bear the repairs & maintainance ?
company sends through courier after placing order through phone/mail. At end of month, our co. need to settle bill based on no. of pages printed. We need not pay cost of toner.
