sales commission payable rs.275000/- as on 31-03-2009.no tds has been deducted up to now. can the tds be deducted now and deposited.

yes, you have time limit upto 31st may, even you can deduct the same after 31st may and before the due date for filing of return. In such a case the expenditure is not disallowed but it attracts interest provisions.
