TDS 32K for A Y 2022-23 ITR not yet filed. How to get the refund.

Its been a typical case , now we have to file ITR 4  u/s 139 (8a) only where No Credit and subsequent Refund Claim is entertained.   TDS of around 32K is there for A Y 2022-23.  How to get this money back is the question.  If someone can enlighten us to take appropriate path to claim this TDS and refund accordingly.

Quick Summary
If you have a TDS of around £32,000 for AY 2022-23 but haven't filed your Income Tax Return (ITR), you may still be able to claim a refund. The standard route involves filing a belated return under Section 139(8A) of the IT Act, which allows for refund claims. Alternatively, you can request condonation of the delay from the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax (JCIT) under Section 119(2)(b) before filing your return.

File request u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act to Condon the delay in filing ITR, with your JCIT.

After getting the permission you can file return.

any other way.....as 119 (2) (b) seems to be a longer route

No other way, unless any notice received from department.
