to trace the TDs, PAN number is enough? or else any other requirements? no return filings, just to check how much deducted.

If u wanna know ur tds credits. U can see thro EFILING IT PORTAL
first you have to be a registered user on e filing portal, for that you need name, D.O.B & father's name of the assessee, PAN alone can't help you
