TDS

There is a payment of rent. The rent is to be paid to Mr. A, on the behalf of his mother which is the owner of the property. Tds will be deducted by the tanent on rent. My question is can Mr. A take the benefit of TDS from his Incometax return. In this case, Mr. A's mother has no bank A/c & she dont file ITR.
