IN YOUR QUESTION I ASSMED YOU ARE THE LAND LORD TO WHOM THE RENT IS TO BE PAID. IN THIS CASE YOU HAVE TO ISSUE RENT INVOICE. YOUR INVOICE MAY BE LIKE THIS....
suppose rent is 1,00,000 per month
your invoice should be
a) rent xxx 1,00,000
b) tds xxx 10,000
net (a-b) xxxxx 90,000
and you should quote your PAN
