Company have paid Rs.15000 to a Local registered society for the purpose of honorirum of Rs.5000 to 3 local volunteers. Is it subject to deduction of income tax at source?

If professional then the limit is 30,000 Single payment
if contractors then the limit is 30,000 single payment.
even the society as one will not be covered being payment below 30,000.
So as per your facts there is no need for TDS
