if we deduct a tds in 1st qtr and late deposite in 2nd qtr along with interest. which period should consider for filling of return in form no. 26q.

For AS26- Financial Year is considerred. so it will not effect to the party if you have considerred the same in 2nd quarter and paid interest too.
