Dear Kavita,

You can deduct the TDS of Last year in current Year Rent and depsoit it. Please write me full detail of the case sothat I can help you. My Email id is Sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com

Kavita, you have deudcted TDS on behalf of landlord. Now you can provide him the TDS certificate and he has to revise his Income tax return for claiming this amount.

without his corporation the things wont fall in place.

You can adjust the amount deducted as TDS in the future bill.
