Dear Sir,
An Assessee had paid Rent sum of Rs. 211200 during the financial year 2012-2013 towards commercial purpose.
But he paid Rs.17600 per month to Joint owners of Rs.8800 each. Joint owners are Mother and Son. In this Case Wheather TDS applicable or not ????
