There is no need to deduct TDS on Transporter's Bill, if the transporter has a PAN. Incase he does not have a PAN, then TDS is to be deducted @ 20% u/s 194C.

no tds is not required to be made if the transporter funishes his PAN, if not then tds @ 20% si reqd to be made
