TDS 194R on Diary Calendar given for further distribution
Is TDS 194 to be deducted if Diary and Calendar given to Dealer/Distributors for further distribution to end customers, proof of distribution could not be shown

Yes, if the value of the gifts per distributor is equal to or more then Rs. 20,000/-
