hii.
i have an query regarding new notification of cbdt about 194j section...i.e. tds is calculated excluding amount of service tax...my que. is that what limit is consider fr deducting the tds ?? i.e including or excluding service tax amount??

Bro read carefully ,that notification is for all sections & in all cases tds is to be deducted on bill amount excluding service tax

Net amt. shld be considered as per my view
As was being considered in 194i on rent till the time of issue of this circular
