How to differentiate the deduction...? how to identify for which to deduct 2% an for which to 10%..?
Rent > Rs.1,80,000 p. a. Rent of Plant & Machinery 2% and Rent of Land, Building, Furniture, etc 10%...?

It is quite clear that rent of plant and machinery attracts TDS @ 2% and for other buildings, land etc it attracts @ 10%.
Apart from that what is your query?

If a building including furniture etc. given for rent, TDS is required to be deducted @ 10%, unless rent is not specified for building and furniture, separately...
