Whether TDS applicable for Freight/Transport charges under "To Pay" consignment. i.e. Materials purchased from Supplier and delivery/transport charges would be paid by purchaser.

TDS Applicable if transporter not provide declaration that he is not liable to tds. he has not above 10 nos of vehicle. service tax also applicable.
